The house combines the typical architecture of Tinos with the comfort of modern house. It is ideal for families as the beach is on walking distance (less than 5 minutes away) and nearby there are a couple of wonderful tavernas. The most astonishing characteristic is the view from the house and the infinity pool.
Guests can enjoy relaxing moments at the pool or at the large veranda glancing at the Aegean Sea.
Kionia is the ideal neighborhood for many reasons. Firstly it is 5 minutes drive from the port and the main town so one can go there quite easily but at the same time you avoid the noise and the traffic of downtown. Also Kionia and more specifically the house is very close to the beach. It is no more than 5 minutes away from the nearest beach. Another advantage of Kionia is that the beaches are ideal when the wind is strong, a quite common situation in the Cyclades. Finally, Kionia has many nice tavernas offering typical Tinos dishes
There is a bus stop a few meter away from the main road right below the house. Nevertheless, I would recommend to any guest to have a car since the island is big and has many beautiful places to visit which public transport cannot support. The House can offer 2 parking spaces
