See the sunrise from your bedroom and living room having nothing in between, but the lake. + Suitable for walks and discoveries of the fauna and flora along the lake. + In only 1 minute walking distance,there is a swimming pool with umbrellas, towels, sunbeds and pool bar. + Perfect place for book lovers. + Nearby there is a gym. + Nearby there is a horse riding club. + Nearby there is playground for babies and children. Watch the silver-gold full moon, at its birth, coming out of the mountains, feeling that you are a part of the myths and legends of the mysterious town of Ioannina.
