GreeceRent Apartment in the Ladadika is located in the heart of the city center With a recent renovation (January 2023 with noise minimization, new areas with a separate room, new ecological air conditioning, etc.) the apartment is located on Tsimiski Street, in the heart of the historic district of Ladadika, close to the city beach and the port of Thessaloniki . . The whole area is very safe and of course it is one of the most beautiful and "elegant" parts of the city. The apartment is approximately 54 sq.m., located in a building with an elevator (1st floor elevated), accommodates up to 4 people and is equipped with a double bed (king size) and a wardrobe and dining table for 4 people. The bright living room with large windows has a sofa bed for 2 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with coffee machine, oven, refrigerator. The apartment is equipped with iron, hairdryer, TV, air conditioning, Wi-Fi. In a few minutes you can find taxis or public bus stations (To or from the airport, train station etc.) There are many private parking spaces 100 m away, a fairly large supermarket and a mini market open 24 hours a day.

The apartment is located on Tsimiski Street, 100m. from the coastal avenue of Thessaloniki, 300m. from Aristotelous Square, which is the most central point of the city (so you don't need a car, just walk anywhere in the city center). It is located next to the central market of the city with beautiful shops and malls. In our neighborhood there are famous restaurants, taverns, cafes and bars. A few minutes away there is the old port where it is a place for walking, recreation and cultural events. Inside the port there are 3 museums.
