** The swimming pool and terrace is shared with the next door ‘Love apartment’. ** Newly renovated ground floor apartment located just a 15min drive from the nearest beach and 13km away from Chania city center! Fully equipped and ideal for six friends or a family. It offers a wonderful pool & terrace (shared) overlooking our garden! Ideally located 2km away from Limnoupolis Waterpark and Agia Lake! Wifi, TV (incl Netflix), aircon, washer and swimming pool available.

Neighbourhood information

The house is situated in the quiet and residential area of Alikianos, 18km outside the city center of Chania. The village offers a basic range of shops and services such as supermarkets, bakery, butcher’s, grocer’s, pharmacy, ATM, hairdresser’s, cafes and restaurants. The nearest beaches are about 10km away namely Kalamaki, Agia Marina or Platanias. At the popular seaside towns of Platanias and Agia Marina you can find a wider range of shops and services as well as organised beaches, water sport facilities and a vibrant nightlife. The house is in an excellent location if you are planning to visit the famous beaches of Falasarna, Elafonisi, and Palaiochora. Finally, it is also ideally located next to Limnoupolis Water Park and Agia Lake!
