A comfortable, brand new boutique apartment with high aesthetic and architectural value, a cozy atmosphere and multiple facilities.
Hi! I am an active and social pensioner who loves nature. Gardening is my favorite hobby, as I enjoy taking care of my plants and olive trees. I got inspired to name my listed property after the olive trees which surround it, as "Elia" means "Olive" in Greek. I also like sports and a long walk in nature. I will be very happy to have you as my guest!
The boutique apartment is located within 8-minute walking distance from the impressive archaeological museum, about 10 minutes from the city center, 15 minutes from the bus station, and a stone's throw from the train station. The Moschopodi theatre and forest are within a 3,7 km distance. Restaurants, pastry shops, coffe shops and grocery stores are closeby, whereas the neighborhood is peaceful, ideal for outdoor activities, and training, including an outdoor gym. Take advantage of the strategic location of the apartment, which can be the base of your daily trips to the mountains of Elikonas, Kithaironas, Parnassos, and the nearby towns and sites: the Monastery of Hosios Loukas (listed on UNESCO's World Heritage Sites) and the winter ski resort of Arachova are just an hour’s drive away, the archaeological site of Delphi is an hour and 15 minute’s drive away, whilst you can be at the heart of Athens in just one hour. The access to the beaches of the Evian and Corinthian gulf is very easy by car. Please don’t hesitate to ask us for insider tips and the less known, hidden treasures of our area, such as the Mycenaean Acropolis of Gla, the Lake of Muses, the waterfall in Petra village, the agricultural-industrial complex in Aliartos with the colonial architecture villas of the late 19th century!
