In the afternoon gather your family and friends at the unique and ultra stylish outdoor dining and BBQ area (gas) where you can enjoy yourself, try delicious local foods and drinks and spend endless warm evenings admiring the breathtaking sunsets over the Ionian Sea. *Private parking at the property for up to 3 cars *Exercise equipment & a ping pong table is also available. Internal Living | Bedrooms & Bathrooms Elle Lux Villa is designed with beauty and functionality in mind. The leading style throughout the home combines contemporary modern spaces with glam accents which makes the leaving spaces a real pleasure to be in and to a true work of art. The stunning property can comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests in real beds in its three available bedrooms. The lounge features a panoramic window with gorgeous sea views which leads to the terrace and pool. It consists of a stunning open space, comfortable living area which opens into dining area, spacious enough to comfortably accommodate 6 guests. It also features a modern and bright open-plan kitchen. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) • Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also • Housekeeping, towels, and linen changes every four days • Smoking is allowed only outdoors • No pets allowed • Events are not allowed • Supervision of children is your responsibility Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices.
