Fay Apartment is a apartment located in Saint Stephanos N/E, Corfu. Fay Apartment can sleep up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children) with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Offers air-conditioning and Free Wi-Fi. Fay Apartment is set on the second floor of a low-rise building. Inside there is a bright open-plan living room with dining area and a fully-equipped kitchen. There are two air-conditioned bedrooms (a double bedroom and a twin bedroom) with balcony access, and two family bathrooms. The Living room also, has access to a spacious balcony with table and chairs. As per BeachVillas’s Terms and Conditions, all groups of travellers under the age of 25 years are required to pay the Refundable Security Deposit (RSD). The RSD is 150 EUR per person, and covers each traveller provide against damages and breakages. In case of any damages or breakages, BeachVillas will have the right to use the sufficient amount to cover the costs of replacements and repairs. Providing nothing is broken the full amount is refunded to the traveller after their departure.
