Make dreams hugging each other in front of the living room’s fireplace and gaze from the terrace the wonderful view of the calm, deep blue waters of the Laconic Gulf. A memorable stay that combines beautiful colors and aromas of the nature , the traditional flavors of Mani kitchen, luxury and comfort of home and relaxation through the tranquil unspoilt and verdant landscape. You will find the atmospheric "Filanthi's Cottage"perched at altitude of 270 meters in a green area full of olives's , oranges's, almonds's and figs's trees that will fill your heart with serenity, relaxation, peace, joy and gratitude. It is located 13 kilometers away from Gythio.
Welcome to my profile! My name is Filanthi Kolokotroni and i come from a small beautiful village called "Krini" . My house "Filanthi's Cottage" is an inheritance from my grandfather who was a descendant of Theodoros Kolokotronis' Brother,a great Greek hero in the revolution of 1821 . I renovated it with a lot of love,care and respect to it's history and importance to our family . I am a very energetic,spontaneous,smiley and funny person . I love outdoors,traveling,hiking and swimming . My Goal is to help you have a unique experience of a lifetime I am really looking forward to meet You! I speak Greek And English !
Unique walking trails leading to the European path E4, which passes through our village. A much of European path E4 runs through the Peloponnese, from Aigio (which arrives from Delphi by boat, via the ferry Agios Nikolaos - Aigion) to Gythio, it straddles the Cretan Sea (ferry) to continue in Crete . On this path E4 passes through many villages and passes and offers a unique experience long traversal of a large and rich region. Route length 301 km. In Krini also you can see: -The Pentecost Church, unique in Laconia, built in 1908. -The location “ Arvanitis” with archaeological finds of the Paleolithic era which keep in Gythion Museum. Heavenly canyons with rare vegetation herbs which have not discoverd yet
