"Filippos house" is located in Nea Fokea, Kassandra. The house is cosy and ideal for families, just 150 meters from the sea. It has a living room, two bedrooms, kitchen and toilet. Add to that a beautiful terrace and a huge shared garden. 10 minutes drive from Sani resort, known for its beautiful sandy beaches and dunes. At a walking distance from Nea Fokaia and its vibrant square where you can find taverns and restaurants. Athitos and Kallithea are also 10 minutes away by car.
