The house is split in to two apartments on the ground and first floor. The apartments have separate entrances. The location is very quiet with stunning views of the mountains. The property is on a large plot with a garden / terrace that guests can use. There is free parking for one car for each apartment. Parking is private and off the road. The property has air conditioning in all bedrooms plus internet and a large flat screen television in both apartments. These are private apartments that are mainly used by the family who own the whole building. The garden has a good quality table tennis table and bats and balls. There is also a charcoal barbecue that guests can use. There are two seating areas in the garden for outside dining. The area is close to several excellent beaches, Gouvia Marina and there is a bus service to Corfu Town. Also a great starting point for hiking and cycling.

We are an English family who spend time in the summer in Corfu. My husband and I love the convenient location of Kato Korikiana and the ability to walk to the local excellent taverna, the beach and local shops. We love walking, cycling and swimming in Corfu. Plus we are keen sailors and boaters.

Kato Korikiana is a nice village in a green and beautiful location and amazing views of the mountains. It has 2 excellent supermarkets and two tavernas. The 60 Needles Taverna is very popular and only 7 minutes walk up a footpath to the village centre. Two local beaches within a 15 to 20 minute walk or a very short drive. The apartment is close to a large pool at Margarita Apartments. The Margarita pool is open to all provide you use the cafe/bar area and are buying food or drinks. In addition there is a nice pool at Domino's close to Ipsos and a short walk away. Barbati Beach is a 10 minute drive and one of our favourites. The area is a a great starting point for exploring the beautiful North East Corfu, but also only 25 minutes from Corfu Town and Paleokasstrista.
