Our company Laksesvela Ltd. was established in 2015 and is registered in Greece as a rental business. The company was founded during the construction of the holiday residence GM Villas on Crete in Greece. The residence consist of two villas, one big villa (Villa Karga) with 4 bedrooms and one smaller villa (Villa Nova) with 2 bedrooms. The history: In many years, we have spent most of our vacations on Crete, which has become our second home. In 2006, after our first vacation on Crete and Almyrida, we ended up buying our own holiday home. We totally fell in love with this beautiful village with its relaxed athmosphere, the surrounding areas with the sandy beaches, the azure sea, the White Mountains (Lefka Ori) and the hospitality of the citizens. After 10 fantastic years in Crete, we decided to build a new house inside the village of Almyrida and to start a rental business, Laksesvela Ltd. Finding the perfect location was very important for us and we were lucky to find a nice plot with beautiful view, just a few steps from the sandy beach and the center of the village. In 2016, both villas were completed and we are very proud and satisfied with the result, Villa Karga and Villa Nova, two fantastic villas with distinctive architecture and design. Our villas provide you with five-star comfort, designed in such a way as to achieve comfort, luxury, satisfaction and relaxation. A sense of well-being! The villas are situated in a very nice and charming neighbourhood inside the village of Almyrida in the North western coast of Crete. The village is known for its relaxing atmosphere and the sandy beach, awarded with the Blue flag. The perfect location of these villas allows visitors to stroll down to the center of the village within only a couple of minutes. Almyrida has a small center with several nice tavernas, beach bars, cafes, bakeries, butcher, pharmacy, grocery stores, jewelry, souvenir shops, ATMs, car hire companies and various other nice small shops, all of which are open till late at night in the high seasons. Here you'll find most of what you need in daily holiday life. Just ourside the door you have a great opportunity to explore the area by foot or on the bike. Almyrida is a very good starting point if you wish to explore the Apokoronas area with its beautiful views, secluded beaches and the small ancient villages. Bikes are available for rent in Almyrida.
