Situated in a family complex of three maisonettes with shared green yard just a few meters from the beach. This beautiful home is located on the corner of the complex, thus keeping it private but also providing direct and secure access to the sea through a small road.
Hospitality and generosity are Greek traditions, and travellers should expect to experience a warm welcome at our holiday house. Our goal is to offer relaxing holidays for our guests and a trip filled with many memories.
Nikiti is a unique location, almost at the center of the peninsula and next to its famous beaches in the capital of Sithonia, the complex offers the perfect accommodation for those who love nature and serenity and it can be used as a base to explore the rest of Halkidiki. Based on a family complex next to the beach. Many large grocery stores and shops, traditional fish taverns along the waterfront which you can enjoy fresh fish, colorful vegetables and a chilled glass of wine.  At Agios Nikolaos 15 minutes driving away is an emergency 24/7 hospital. Ready to embark on an epic Grecian adventure? Spread over two levels, on the ground floor, entering from the main entrance is the kitchen and the living room as well as a small WC. The stairs lead you to the upper level where you find the bathroom, to your right a bedroom with access to a beautiful sea-view balcony. On the other hand, a room for two more guests and a bathroom with a washing machine. You can enjoy your breakfast, your afternoon coffee and any meal of the day on the dining balcony or garden , with the background depending on the time of day, the beach on the one hand, or the moon on the other.
