Hamezi Instyle Suite is situated in picturesque Hamezi, just 10km from the beach of Sitia. It consists of two self-contained stone-built holiday homes featuring a veranda, a communal terrace and wonderful views towards the sea in the surrounding mountains of Sitia. Both homes offer air-conditioned rooms, free use of Wi-Fi and private parking space as well as flat screen TV, espresso coffee maker, kettle, toaster, sandwich maker, electric stove/oven and a fridge. The two bedroom house features a washing machine too. Guests at Hamezi Instyle Suite can combine the serenity & coziness of the property along with an easy reach to all amenities in the near by town of Sitia (airport, port, hospital etc.) Sitia UNESCO Global Geopark and the charming beaches of Eastern Crete are all easily accessible (Vai 34km, Itanos beach 35km, Kouremenos 29km, Kato Zakros 52km). Me and my husband we decided to become hosts in order to offer our accommodation together with the Cretan hospitality to our guests. We are happy when we see our guests' satisfaction and smile on their faces during their stay. Waiting to welcome you in our nice village named Hamezi.
Hamezi or Chamezi is a charming small traditional mountain village with white houses situated 10 kilometers east of Sitia on the new national road. It is very quiet with here and there a fruit tree, and people have pots with flowers in front of their houses. Hamezi was inhabited since the Minoan times and the village has an archaeological Minoan site. On the top of a hill an oval villa in the shape of a fortress has been excavated. This villa used to have two floors and a protected courtyard. In Hamezi there is also a Folklore Museum in an old stone building with archways, and it shows how people used to live.
