Ping Pong table All the lower floor bedrooms offer access to a specially designed patio area with comfy sittings. Two shared showers and a WC next to the gym -The Villa boasts 9 bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to 18 guests in real beds. Each of the 4 lower bedrooms can accommodate one more guest in the single sofa beds. The maximum capacity is 22 guests. -Outdoor Pool operates seasonally (end of March-middle of November) -Air conditioning units serve heating purposes. -Daily Housekeeping Service except from Sundays. *Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months. **** Heated Spa Whirlpool Details **** The villa features an outdoor 9 seater whirlpool providing optimal comfort for relaxation. The heating temperature varies between 24-28°C subject to the weather and temperature fluctuations. Upon your arrival at the villa, your host will provide you with instructions on how to operate the whirlpool. Climate Resilience Fee Currently not applicable, but any applicable law during your stay will apply. If introduced, it must be paid at check-in.

Hermes Grand Luxury Villa & Spa is located in the wonderful village of Skaleta, where guests can find a beautiful sandy beach, which is just in front of the Villa, within 5 metres walking distance. Offering a great location, you will have the opportunity to visit all the well-known beaches and sightseeing spots of Rethymno with your car, taking only 10 minutes maximum. Also, in Skaleta there are all the shops that you might need, such as super markets, taverns, cafes, small shops, an ATM machine, a petrol station and various other facilities. A bus stop with regular itineraries can also be found there, within 500 metres walking distance away from the Villa. Also in Sfakaki and Stavromenos, which are just 6 minutes driving you will find a super market, a bakery, a butcher’s shop and a pharmacy. Also Rethymno town, offers a great selection of choices in shops, restaurants and anything else you might need and can be easily reached by car within 20 minutes.
