Welcome to a beautiful, spacious house with a huge garden full of Mediterranean flowers and trees. The blooming garden and balcony provide the ideal place to enjoy your breakfast or barbecue with your friends/family. Still in close proximity to the city center, we guarantee you will leave your stress behind! This 160m² house features a large living room with an adjoining dining room, three bedrooms, two bathrooms, a fully equipped kitchen and a big balcony. The kitchen, living room and dining room form a big space (58m²), perfect for large groups and families to cook, dine and hang out, enjoying long conversations and other activities. Two of the bedrooms have their own balconies, with tables and chairs for a more private time. The main balcony (35m²) offers a serene place to enjoy your coffee or breakfast. For even more space and fun activities, in the big garden there is a grill and a wood oven, perfect for baking bread, pizzas and traditional dishes. Children especially will appreciate the garden, a safe and enclosed place to play in. For the adult visitors, you will find several spots to relax in, with patio furniture and a hammock to nap on.
