Renovated luxury residence of 93 sq.m., with a private garden, an ideal choice for a comfortable stay for up to 6 guests. It has two bedrooms, a master bedroom with a large king-size bed and en-suite bathroom and a bedroom with a large king-size bed. Between the bedrooms there is an additional bathroom with a spacious shower and a WC. The bedrooms have modern desks with chairs and free access to Wi-Fi Internet with very high speeds reaching 100mbps. The kitchen, dining room and living room of the villa form a single space. The living room has a large corner sofa bed, flat screen smart TV with Netflix access and a large dining table for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern top quality appliances.
