Joy’s Villas is a brand new property located in the magnificent and traditional village of Stavros, Chania, 20 min away from Chania International Airport and only 30 min from the Old Town and Venetian Harbor of Chania. It occupies a land of 4.000 sqm, where you can find four independent luxurious villas that can accommodate six guests in three bedrooms, two bathrooms, one living area, private outdoor space, private outdoor pool, fully equipped kitchen, and spacious private parking. Every villa is beautifully designed and consist of one bedroom in the ground floor and two bedrooms in the first floor. All villas are identical except that in Villas 1 and 2 the ground floor bedroom have an ensuite bathroom while in Villas 2 and 3 the ground floor bathroom is independent to the bedroom. Each one of our Villas is set in a peaceful and private environment where you can enjoy the majestic view of the Cretan sea and the calm and quiet surrounding area. The village of Stravros is an ideal vacation destination that you can find all amenities (supermarket, restaurants, cafes, market), but above all you have the freedom to choose from a numerous list of sandy beaches located nearby (Pachia Ammos beach, Kalathas beach, Tersanas beach). Stavro’s breathtaking beach (Zorba’s beach) is best known where the legendary sirtaki dance in “Zorba the Greek” was filmed and it is a pleasant 15 min walk from your front door while the magnificent Pachia ammos beach a 10 min walk. The beach is surrounded by a circular bay with a port at the edge, and right next to it, you will find the organized and awarded with the "Blue Flag" beach where you can enjoy the sea and sun.

Stavros is a beautiful village and Beach in the Akrotiri district of the city of Chania, Crete, Greece. It is an excellent spot for relaxing holidays where you can enjoy the famous “Zorba” circular beach and swim in one of the most spectacular and clean water you may find world-wide. Stavros Beach only 19 km away from Chania and the old Venetian harbor, thus a 30 minute drive at the most, or 40 minutes if you use the public bus service. Next to Stavros, there are many beaches (Loutraki, Tersanas) where you can go for swimming. In Kalathas beach, you have the ability to take water skiing, windsurfing and scuba diving lessons. You will also find a canteen and a restaurant built on the beach, as well as a beach volley court. Marathi, a double beach is another alternative beach for swimming and relaxation with excellent variety of local taverns. In Stavros, there are all amenities such as supermarket, local market shops and a lot of restaurants you can enjoy the fresh fish of the area!!!! Do not forget that Stavros is above all a fishing village!!!! If you are a fun of hiking there is a trail which starts from the Monastery of Gouvernetou and where you can visit some beautiful caves and ruins of Catholic Monasteries before you reach and small pebbly beach you can swim and rest. In Chania, we recommend you to walk around the old town and the Venetian harbor and taste the famous Cretan Cuisine.
