Available is fully equipped kitchen with washing machine also available. The second apartment is a small 1 bedroom apartment with a large double / kingsize bed, small and compact with an equipped kitchen, perfect for a couple or small family with 1 child.

Apartments are located in a quiet area of Paliochora Avia near small stony beach with sandy seabed. Beach is never overcrowded, and waters are amazingly turquoise and crystal clear. Within 10 minutes of walk from property thee are number of restaurants, tawernas and mini supermarket. Round the corner from us is pharmacy and a coffee shop. Whatever your preference, there is well over 20 beaches within a 30-minute drive from property with a great sandy beach of Kalogria in Stoupa. There is pleanty for those who are active and enjoy hiking with many trails to and around secluded mountain hamlets awaiting for you. A little bit further, you can visit the most famous peloponese beach, Voidokilia, as well as ruins of Ancient Olimpia, Messinia, Sparta, or just visit the most southern located land of Europe.
