What makes a house a home?
For me, it is a combination of coziness, space, light and details that you want to look at.
We call the style of our apartments minimalism with soul: warm, clean, functional, with natural accents and Greek elements. Each object has a story - as does each guest who comes here.
Each apartment is fully equipped with everything you need, from a stove and a washing machine to brochures about Greece and a coffee machine. Everything to make you feel free and easy - like at home, but on vacation.
And location in picturesque Verga, on the mountainside above Kalamata, is the cherry on the top. Here, every evening is a theatre of sunset, and every morning is an inspiration with a view of the sea and mountains.
I am the owner of these apartments, and for several years now I have been helping travelers discover Greece from a different side - through comfort, care and a real local experience.
I believe that a holiday is more than just accommodation. It is impressions, care, a feeling that you were expected.
I am there if you need: to recommend a restaurant, book a table, give a map, show the way to the beach or just wish you a good day.
I want every guest to feel that they were thought of in advance. That is why in the apartments you will always find:
- local sweets or fruits
- brochures and maps
- cleanliness, comfort and coziness
- and me, always in touch.
When you arrive, your Greek story begins. And I am happy to be a part of it.
Discover Messinia & Kalamata – Authentic Greece by the Sea
Located in the heart of the Peloponnese, Messinia is a region full of natural beauty, rich culture, and unforgettable experiences. Guests are often charmed by the perfect balance of sea, mountains, and olive groves — and by the genuine Greek hospitality found everywhere.
At the center is Kalamata, a lively coastal city known for its long beach, relaxed pace, and delicious food. The seafront promenade is ideal for morning walks or sunset cocktails. The city is also home to the historic Old Town, a medieval castle with panoramic views, traditional markets, and museums.
Guests love this area for its variety — from calm beaches to scenic drives through olive-covered hills. Day trips can take you to ancient sites like Ancient Messene, the stunning Polylimnio waterfalls, Voidokilia beach, or quaint villages like Kardamyli and Pylos.
The region is also a food lover’s paradise: fresh seafood, handmade pasta, local wines, and of course, Kalamata olives — served in cozy tavernas and modern restaurants with sea views.
Whether you’re looking for peace, culture, or adventure, Messinia is a place where every day can bring a new discovery — and where the sunsets will stay in your memory long after the journey ends.
