Through a journey that started in 2001, Oreo Travel was founded by Stratos Beretis, an experienced member of the Greek Tourism Industry, a Graduate of the Department of Economics of the University of Crete and a Master Degree Holder in Tourism Business Management. Having passed through several management positions, he was won over by the occupation with tailor made tourism services and especially in inbound tourism in villas, independent properties, country houses and small holiday rental units. Oreo Travel started as a representative of global tour operators and continues to this day with an ever-growing network of partners and properties in Crete, Peloponnese and Athens, in line with the new promotional and managing methods. Our goal at Oreo Travel is to promote the properties we partner with in the best way possible, by solely operating as a booking agent on behalf of our partner-property owners, whom we advise and guide in providing high standards of hospitality for their guests, in accordance with the regulations and the laws that govern the accommodation industry. Furthermore, we are constantly available for our guests to answer questions, solve potential problems that may arise while booking or staying in and to recommend services that may be needed to facilitate their stay and maximize their travel experience (car rental, transportation, tours, excursions and concierge services). On the ground floor, you'll find an inviting open-plan living area, complete with a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious living room featuring a large TV set, and a delightful dining area. Additionally, there is a convenient shower room with a toilet on this floor. Ascend the internal staircase to the upper floor, where two bedrooms await you, both furnished with cozy double beds featuring comfortable Coco-Mat mattresses. These bedrooms share a modern shower room with a toilet. Stepping outside, you'll be greeted by a picturesque patio adorned with outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities, perfect for al fresco dining and relaxation. For added convenience, there is also a third shower room with a washing machine and a dryer. Kipo Paradiso Stone Villa is part of the larger Kipo Paradiso Spa, Massage, Yoga, and Gym Resort. While the other building within the resort will be closed when the stone villa is booked, all of the resort's facilities and exterior areas will be at the exclusive disposal of the villa's guests. You'll have access to a fully equipped gym, a serene lawn yoga area, a dedicated massage room, two jacuzzi rooms, a sauna, and two private swimming pools. The gym area features four showers and two toilets, while the massage room is equipped with one toilet and a shower. In the main area, a common toilet is available for shared use. The exterior of the villa offers an abundance of resting areas, each thoughtfully furnished and surrounded by a tranquil ambiance. You can enjoy shaded relaxation spots, and indulge in refreshing dips in the two private swimming pools—one for adults, optionally heated for an additional charge, and another for children. Please note that the heated pool requires 3 days for warm-up in advance. The costs for the sauna, jacuzzi, and swimming pools are determined according to the cost of electricity.
