Hello, My name is John and with my partner Susan we let out studio apartments at our property Kivotos Villa Studios very near Roda in Corfu Greece. This is the fourth year we have rented our studios and we have enjoyed the experience a great deal. We have been lucky to meet so many new holiday makers each year and also several holiday makers that return time and time again. We live at the property so are always on hand to welcome you and get you settled in. We can help with advice about Roda and other places of interest in Corfu. Corfu has so much to offer and Roda, in particular, is a favourite destination that people come back to year after year. We have owned the property now for eight years and have been renovating and decorating in that time. We hope that you will choose to stay with us and look forward to offering you a warm welcome.

All our studios are identical being a single space with twin beds, a kitchen area with a cooker and fridge, all the things you need when you are self-catering. The room has an en-suite shower room with a WC and wash hand basin. Most of the studios have front and rear verandahs and you are welcome to roam our extensive grounds. Hot water is provided by six solar panels with a boiler backup for when the sun doesn't shine which is very rare for Corfu during the holiday season. All our water is provided from a well and a borehole and is filtered and treated. We have plenty of safe parking at the property with double front gates and a long driveway up to the property. Kivotos in Greek means haven. It is a safe and comfortable place to stay and we hope to see you here one day. Cooling is by ceiling fans but we have just installed air-conditioning which is chargeable at a current rate of seven euros per night if it is needed. Please ensure that it is turned off when you are not at the property.

Kivotos Villa Studios are just over half a mile from the crossroads at Roda and there is a general store along the road where you can get most things you need for your stay. The main shops are in Roda village as are many restaurants and bars as well as car and bike hire outlets. The beachfront, shops, and bars along the seafront are very pleasant with free sun loungers all along the beach in front of the bar of your choice. There is good bus coverage on the island or taxis if you wish. Alternatively, why not hire a car for the day then you are free to travel the island and discover some of the beautiful coves, beaches, and views all over the island.
