Kladas House is steps away from the square of Xanthates village. It is a three story house of 195sq.m that got renovated as it used to be an old mansion house of the 18th century. Entering the ground level of the house you reach an open plan fully equipped kitchen with dining area, living room with fireplace and a bathroom, while big arches separate each area. On the veranda a large dining area for 8 people is available where customers can use a portable barbeque and spent great time together. Wooden interior stairs lead to the first floor where are two air conditioned bedrooms, one with double bed and one with two single beds. The bedrooms share a bathroom and a big balcony terrace with small table, armchairs and sofa. Finally on the second floor there are another two air conditioned bedrooms one with double bed, one with two single and a shower.
Hi, I'm Alexander Kladas, owner. I work in tourism for years, receptionist in big hotels. My love for the island, my desire to get to know the real Corfu world, the pleasure of meeting new friends and speaking their language, makes me your choice. Me and my family welcome you! We can organize for you outdoor activities such as hiking, mountain biking, day trips, cultural events, car or motorbike rental, watersports, dinner with local dishes cooked with our own receipes and products and many more. Vidit our chicken house with your little ones, we have chicken,, ducks, geese etc. And of course we answer to all of your questions about our lovely island. Feel free to ask!
Near the property there is a church and a square with playground where kids can play among the local ones. Xanthates is a small village safe and sound for families Located on the northern part of Corfu, Xanthates is a beautiful, graphical village with nearly 320 residents. The diverse flora of the island is perceived on every corner of the village and it combines the beauty of mountain and sea, as it is only 7,5 kilometers far from Acharavi and Corfu's wonderful beaches. In Xanthates, you can visit the two orthodox churches, Agia Kyriaki which is situated at the village's square and Agia Paraskevi, the fresh water springs as well as the monastery of Kamarela, which is located almost in between Agioi Douloi and Xanthates.
