Elegant, charming and tasteful in style with pops of modern artwork with a private pool &Spa whirlpool. This captivating home lays in 800m2 outdoor area and is embellished with a 40m2 private heated (with extra fee) swimming pool also featuring a special children’s pool compartment, as well as a three seater open Spa Whirlpool. Grown-ups can lounge to their sun loungers before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. BBQ facilities (charcoal) with fridge &sink are also available outdoors, offering a stylish al fresco space for enjoying an evening tipple in the lovely shaded outdoor dining area. Additionally, Koin Villa Sunrise is part of the complex “Koin Villas”, which includes two Villas in total. Outdoor Pool & Spa Whirlpool Heating Policy: 
 - Pool & Spa Whirlpool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.
 - Preferred Months | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool & spa whirlpool to reach the optimal temperature.
 - Additional Fees | 80euros/day for the first two days & 50euros/every additional day. - Booking Duration | Pool & Spa Whirlpool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.
 - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.

Koin Villa Sunset is located in Perama town which is within 15 minutes walking distance to everything that you might need like shops, bakery, grocery store, butcher’s, taverns, cafes, supermarkets, ATM machines, pharmacies, gas stations and post office. Also Panormo, is a friendly sea side village, 10 minutes away by car and well known for its sandy beaches. The two main beaches are Limanaki and Limni. Both of them are sandy with clear blue water and ideal for kids, as they are shallow and well protected from winds. The beaches are organised and equipped with sun beds & umbrellas. Water sports are also available. The harbour beach in front of the village is the port of the area, where the boats tie up, this beach is unorganised. The village has all the facilities and amenities one would need : well-stocked mini-markets, post office, pharmacy, a doctor’s office, a butcher's shop, bakery (hot, fresh bread every morning from 9 am), various gift shops and traditional seaside shops at very reasonable prices. *Additionally, Koin Villa Sunrise is part of the complex “Koin Villas”, which includes two Villas in total.
