Company information

This family home is located in a small complex with another 8 houses. They share the communal garden and all respect the quietness. The sea is 100 m away, it is sandy and there is organized beach bar. The neighbourhood has been built over the past 15 years, mostly with detached houses. It is a very quiet and well-cared area and has a family atmosphere. During the summer months in Greece, mosquitoes are quite common, especially in the evenings. To help you stay comfortable, all our windows are equipped with mosquito screens. Please make sure to keep the screens closed, especially if the lights are on at night. Mosquitoes are attracted to light, and leaving the screens open with the lights on can quickly fill the room with insects. We also recommend the following: Use a plug-in mosquito repellent or any other method you prefer in your room during the night. For children, consider using a gentle mosquito repellent body spray. With these simple precautions, you can enjoy a peaceful and relaxing holiday!

Walk to the sandy beach in 4 minutes. Private garden with Barbecue and access to the communal garden. Private parking for one car. Flat screen TV with NETFLIX Can accommodate up to 4 adults with 3 children. Two bedrooms with double beds, one with large patio. The attic with 2 single beds and its own balcony. The living room with a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and dishwasher. There is a bathroom on the floor with a shower and a small WC on the ground floor.

Neighbourhood information

Kripis House is set within a family-run complex in a very quiet neighborhood. The main feature is respect for neighbours, common silence and regulations, something we expect and respect. Parties and loud music are forbidden. There is a private parking spot with the name KRIPIS. Please do not park elsewhere for the good operation of the complex.
