The villa is part of a Zante Zen Luxury Villas complex, where one more villa is located, each with seclusion and ultimate privacy in mind. Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also Smoking is allowed only outdoors. No pets allowed No events allowed Outdoor Pool Heating Policy: - Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26 °C subject to the outdoor weather conditions. - Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November. - Advance Notice | 3 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature. - Additional Fees | 60euros/day - Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above. - Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. *Please kindly note that the beach profile changes seasonally due to the change in wave energy experienced during summer and winter months. Climate Resilience Fee A 15,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.

Just within a few minutes walking distance you may find a wonderful sea food restaurant, supermarket, gas station and fast food, making it an ideal car free holiday choice. The Psarou port is only a couple of minutes walking distance, where you can rent a boat and explore the hidden gems of the island by sea. Many sandy beaches are close to the villa where you can cherish long summer days by the sea. It is only 20 minutes driving distance from the lively town of Zakynthos.
