Property information

Provides a comfortable and modern accommodation. Inside the building on the ground floor there is a large lounge with TV, WiFi, fireplace, spacious and comfortable benches and reclining sofa bed for relaxing moments by the fireside. On the ground floor there is also an extra bathroom and kitchen. The living room is a fully renovated space where previously used for the storage of raw materials as the stone from which it is built reserved the room warm during the cold winters and cool to warm summers, characteristic maintained still. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, cooker. The wooden staircase leads to the first floor where the three bedrooms are located, all with double beds and separate air conditioners. There are also two fully equipped bathrooms. Finally there is a washing machine/dryer in the main bathroom.

Neighbourhood information

Parking space for two cars. Located 1,5 kilometers from the center of Sparta, 2 hours from Athens and the nearest airport is in Kalamata. The sea is 30 minutes by car. Combine trips both to mountain and sea covering short distances.
