The apartment is located on the first floor of a two-story building, in a quiet neighborhood, just a 10-minute walk from the city center. It has been recently renovated and harmoniously combines comfort and simplicity with elegance. Decorated with personal taste, it exudes warmth and creates a cozy atmosphere that will make you feel right at home. One bedroom features a king-size bed and a fixed baby crib, while the second bedroom has a double bed. Two additional guests can be accommodated in the living room on the two three-seater sofas.Every room has smart TV with netflix Ideal for families, the apartment offers a fully equipped kitchen, washing machine, and dryer. Upon request, we can also provide free of charge a baby cot, high chair, bed rail, and stroller. The property is well insulated and features autonomous heating with an oil radiator system for the winter months. For the summer, there is a powerful 24,000 BTU air conditioner in the living room, as well as an air conditioner in each bedroom
