Hi everyone! I am Dimosthenis, i grew up in Greece and i am currently studying Electrical and Computer Engineering. I love running and hiking whenever i have free time. Just 400m from the lovely Livadia beach and 1.3 km from the town Centre is located the newly built Kaniaris Villa with its unique traditional Cycladic architecture. The house is enclosed within a privately owned olive grove garden in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood.

The house is located just 1.3 km from the Port of Paros from where you can also take the ferry to the neighboring Antiparos. Right next to the port is the town centre of Parikia where you can submerge yourself into its impressive maze-like alleys. Only 400m away from the apartment is the beach Livadia one of the most visited beaches of Paros where you can enjoy a nice refreshing swim and relax on the sandy shores or stroll along the beach in the beautiful starry night.
The main KTEL Bus Station of Parikia is located just 1.4 km from the house, next to the Port.
