Lucia Villas is in a quiet neighbourhood but close to the beach and the centre of of Perissa, that is just 300 meters away. If you like walking, we recommend two nice trails that begin at just 100m. away from the hotel. One pathway leads to Katefiani church, a small church, built in the mountain. The other pathway leads to the top of the mountain, at the site of the Ancient Thira where you can enjoy a magnificent panoramic view of Santorini and visit interesting archaeological excavations.
