My name is Kostas Vasilakis and I have studied marketing and business management. Already being an owner of two successful villas and co-owner of a well known web development company in Greece, I started to manage other villas in 2012. The hillside location enjoys breathtaking, panoramic views of the sea and Heraklion city (which is only 15 km away) and offers easy access to many beaches, the closest being just a 2 minutes drive (1,2 km). -Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at 15 euros per night from April to October and 4 euros per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
