Maria House is a cozy two-bedroom apartment that combines traditional with modern decor. The host has kept old-fashioned furniture and antiques, which is what makes it so special. The living room has a sofa bed and two wooden armchairs. The living room features a traditional display case which dominates the space.Also there is a piece of furniture with a large TV. The kitchen has maintained a more modern style. Here you can find all the basic amenities in electrical appliances (large refrigerator, washing machine, large oven and microwave, toaster, kettle, and basic household utensils). The largest bedroom is equipped with a large bed (1.40*2.00 meters), a double-leaf wooden traditional wardrobe and a dressing table. The second bedroom has a comfortable single bed which can sleep two people (1.20*2.00 meters) with a double wardrobe. Τhe bathroom has new bathroom fittings, furnitures ,shower, cabinet and accessories. All rooms have curtains and balcony doors that lead to a balcony with mountain or city views. In general, it is a comfortable and sunny first floor apartment with a view of the city.

My childhood memories from Kefalos are unique and unforgettable. Kefalos is a village on the island of Kos with heavenly beaches and warm, welcoming people. My goal as a host is for my guests to get a taste of this peaceful and picturesque part of Kos.

Maria House is a renovated, cozy apartment with a view of the windmills of Kefalos. It is located on the first floor of a building in the heart of Kefalos village, with access to the apartment via stairs only. The area is well-equipped with shops that can cover almost all your needs, including restaurants, cafes, bars, retail shops, a pharmacy, several mini-markets, and a bakery. More specifically, you'll find Anthoulis mini-market just 50 meters away, and the traditional Niotis restaurant at 100 meters. Also 300 meters away is the traditional "Mylotopi" cafe- restaurant, which features a windmill, an oven, a house, a tunnel, and a cafe/restaurant. The nearest beach is 1.5 kilometers from the apartment.
