All our guests are being offered on the arrival, a welcome package: fruits, water, breakfast, lunch or dinner (food in a fridge) included in the price. Also arrival transfer is upon request , after providing us with the flight details! Clients' service is available on 24-hour basis and always within our best spirit!

Villa Maria is located in the district of Gouves in Crete on the seafront, just 10 meters from the beach. It is a newly built villa fully equipped with luxurious and modern decoration, amenities and furnishing. The villa is very comfortable in all respects. The area of its location is a quiet, peaceful place to stay where the entire infrastructure of the district is within walking distance. It is situated on the beachfront with a marvelous, private sea view and a very nice sandy beach just 10 meters away from the Villa. Pool facilities are available on a distance of 150 meters. Customer service is available on a 24 hour basis and the manager is always available to assist in any client's additional requirement (speaking fluently English, Russian, Italian and German as well). The manager may also assist in organizing any kind of transfers, cruises and group or individual excursions and tours on Crete and outside Crete.

Gouves is very nice, family-friendly area, exceptionally ideal for visitors and tourists. There is a large number of shops of any kind, restaurants, traditional taverns, coffeehouses, many of which with children areas and playgrounds.
