Nestled in 17 acres of lush olive groves and Cretan wilderness, the Villa is only a short drive from the golden sands of Episkopi Beach, promises cherished sunlit afternoons, and starlit evenings. Complete with Private Swimming Pool, Outdoor Whirlpool, BBQ, Playground, 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, this Retreat has been crafted with tranquillity and comfort in mind. 
External Living | Private Pool, Heated Whirlpool, BBQ & Outdoor Dining MariAndry Villa is set in 17 acres of outstanding natural beauty, framed by nature and brimming with character. The 25m² private swimming pool (non-heated, 1.20 to 1.40m depth) is the heart of the villa’s terrace, complemented by comfortable sun loungers and a shaded dining area. A five-seater heated whirlpool with internal lights and hydromassage facilities will indulge you in luxurious relaxation while enjoying panoramic countryside views. The villa comfortably accommodates four guests in real beds, while two additional guests can be accommodated—one on a folding bed in the master bedroom (with the en-suite bathroom) and one on a sofa bed in the living room (suitable for one adult or two small children). Maximum capacity is 6 guests.

 *The owner of the Villa owns a friendly dog who may greet and accompany you upon your arrival. Pool operates seasonally (end of March - middle of November) • Air-conditioning in all areas is included & serves for heating purposes also • Smoking is allowed only outdoors • No pets allowed • Events are allowed with prior notice, extra fees, event contract may be required • Supervision of children is your responsibility • ThinkVilla 24/7 Concierge Service. Climate Resilience Fee A 8,00/night/villa tax (subject to change) isn’t included in booking prices. It must be paid in euros at check-in to your Host.
