We meet you at the Villa and hand you over the keys in person or using safeboxes with a safety code. We then show you the house and assist you in all questions you might have or help you plan your vacation activities. We are 24/7 there for you, as we live only 5 min far, without disturbing you when you want your privacy. My top priority is to respond directly to all of my visitor's questions. I'm available anytime. Please use this form of booking communication as I instantly receive all the messages. My mobile may have no signal and, if so, I will not be able to immediately address any concerns or questions you may have. The most important thing is that we let our visitor relax and enjoy!

Marinas Villas is one small complex of villas. An ideal living concept for a larger group of people who like to enjoy time together. This stunning property on a 2000.m² lot has outstanding, uninterrupted panoramic views of the Malevizi and Cretan Sea. This unique location with a breath-taking view of the sea surrounded by the beautiful natural landscape of Crete, will give you the sense of freedom. You might even believe for a few minutes that you're floating above the hustle and bustle of the island A paved road leads to the entrance of the building. Due to the slope of the property, the unique view will remain unobstructed. A special experience on this land is sunset enjoyed from the terrace. In short: An oasis of tranquility with easy access to the key places on the island. The house is brand new and it has been designed to fit the needs of our guests in the most excellent fashion. The architectural design of both the outdoor and indoor areas in this property was done according to the highest of standards in the choice and installation of all of the systems. Aesthetics and functionality are in perfect harmony in this home.

Gazi located just 1,5km from the city of Heraklion and 15 minutes drive (12km) from the Heraklion Airport. Buses to and from Heraklion are available every 20 minutes from Ammoudara. You can find great restaurants, bars, clubs and shops in the center of the city. The Knossos palace, the center of Minoan civilisation and the oldest city in Europe, is just 10km away from the complex. The location is very convenient for visits in surrounding towns and beach.
