About the property: Detached vacation house with BBQ amenities & private parking space just a few minutes' walk (700m.) to the calm beach of Mesongi. The cozy and stylishly furnished 2-floor holiday home in Corfu offers a quiet, rural & peaceful location. Our 140 sqm. fully air-conditioned Corfiot-style property enjoys a privileged and idyllic location. It is a fantastic accommodation choice for nature lovers. Looking for seclusion, peace and quiet during your summer holidays? You arrived at the right spot! The large holiday accommodation Markatis consists of a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms distributed along two floors, which are connected by an indoor staircase. On the upper floor you'll find 3 bedrooms with AC, balcony and sea view. Master bedroom features a double bed (king size) and 2 single beds on each other bedroom. Further, two bathrooms are available, one featuring a bathtub and the second one a shower plate. On the ground floor a cozy and large living room with adjacent fireplace is waiting for you. A sofa bed in the living room offers the possibility to accommodate one more person (7th guest). Additionally, a well-kept, fully equipped kitchen, dining area and access to the terrace/ patio. The property has a large outdoor area where you can for instance park your vehicle. BBQ/ Grill and a covered area with outdoor dining table as well are available. Cleaning service on request, room service twice a week, change of bed linen and towels.

About the neighborhood: The surrounding area is characterized by dense olive groves and many clean bays with clear and calm waters. Whether you decide to hike along the many small country lanes or simply sunbathe in one of the many bays is up to you. There are plenty of family-run restaurants with delicious dishes and shops just a few minutes from the vacation home. A car is also recommended to get to know the diverse island of Corfu with its many attractions. Car, bicycle and Vespa rentals are available at reasonable prices in the villages of Moraitika and Messongi, which are reachable within walking distance.
