Company information

George and Maria Argyros, who used to live and work in New York, running a diner in Manhattan, decided to return to their roots in Corfu with a simple dream: to create a business that would keep them close to home. Today, their sons, Nikos and Dimitris, have taken over the family business with genuine passion. It's worth noting that George and Maria still enjoy cooking in the restaurant, sharing their love for good food with guests.

Property information

Back in 1980, Apartments Mathraki Resort began its journey with just two modest apartments. As time passed, the resort grew, adding 22 more apartments, a swimming pool for a refreshing dip, and a charming mill to its offerings. In 2019, two extra apartments and two Maisonettes were added. Then, in 2022, they introduced a cozy cellar-themed apartment. To complete the experience, they also opened a small, welcoming tavern, making it a lovely, all-around holiday spot.
