The Metaxenia's apartments company is a company established in 2024 with the goal to provide the best possible hosting experiences to its guests. It has seaside apartments in the area of Nea Skioni in Chalkidiki, it has apartments in the area of Kalamaria in Thessaloniki and soon will have apartments at the heart of Skopelos island.

The apartment is fully renovated with air-conditioning and Smart TVs in every room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances (like espresso machine, toaster, kettle etc.). There is always hot water available and a beautiful sea view through the balcony. You can find free parking around the house and it is located 20 meters away from the sea and 50 meters away from the center of the village.

The apartment is at the ground floor and it is located 20 meters away from the sea and 50 meters away from the center of the village. You can find free parking around the house and you can take advantage of the good restaurants and coffee shops of the village. There is the main square where during the evening-night the kids are gathering and play while their parents are watching them from the cafeteria which is located at the main square. You can also walk around the harbor watching the boats and the restaurants. If you travel by car, you can visit many neighbor villages from the same or the other side of the mountain in less than 15 minutes driving.
