Our maisonette, situated in a five-story apartment building, is only 30 meters away from the sea and located in the heart of the Athenian Riviera. It is adjacent to Faliro Marina and just a short distance from shopping centers in the southern suburbs, making it an excellent choice for both business and leisure travelers. The location is easily accessible, with a bus and tram stop just two minutes away. Despite its convenient location, the neighborhood is tranquil and secure.

Despite being situated by the sea, it is just a stone's throw away from the center of Athens, making its location highly desirable.
