This stunning 4-bedroom villa offers breathtaking views of the sea and is situated right on the first line, providing direct access to the beautiful beach. Nestled in a secluded location, Mira Mare offers ultimate privacy and tranquility. The large terrace is equipped with comfortable sofas, making it the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun while taking in the panoramic views of the sea. For outdoor dining, the villa features BBQ amenities, allowing you to cook up delicious meals while enjoying the warm sea breeze. The private plot by the sea offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the beauty of the coast. With its prime location and all the necessary amenities, this villa is the ideal place for a serene and unforgettable vacation by the sea for a big family. The villa has two levels. Spacious living room with well-equipped kitchen and one bathroom are organized on the first level. All 4 bedrooms and 2nd bathroom are arranged within the other level. Mira Mare stands out with its comfortable terrace facing the green lawn and the sea. The terrace has both dining and sitting areas. There is a private plot with sunbeds on the sea.

A beachfront villa is located on the first line in a calm and cozy place in the Kassandra penunsula, Halkidiki, just within 3 km from Nea Skioni town. At a 10 minute drive you will find one of the most touristic and popular small town of Halkidiki - Hanioti and close to it also the very popular village of Pefkohori for leisure and fun with its many hotels, bars, tavernas, restaurants, where you will not be bored.
