The house is built and decorated with respect to the Cycladic tradition, with wood and stone harmoniously combined creating a relaxing and cozy atmosphere that complements the local architecture. The ground floor residence, built with traditional Cycladic architecture, is surrounded by thick stone walls that offer natural coolness and quietness. It is typical that due to this construction and the location of the house with the breeze of the Aegean Sea, despite the existing equipment of the house with air conditioning system, their use during the summer months is rarely needed if at all.

It consists of two independent bedrooms with double queen-size COCOMAT beds, one with an anatomical SERTA RITZ mattress (Sleep Awards), the second with ROYAL CROWN mattress (Sleep Awards), another bedroom with a semi-double and a single bed and an open plan area including a kitchen with dining area, 40" TV, a bathroom, an outside WC, a terrace with excellent views and a large open rear courtyard with dining table and garden furniture, comfortable rocking and fixed chairs and chaise longues, built-in Barbeque and our vineyard. From the windows of the one bedroom and the kitchen you can gaze at the sea, the vineyards and the beach of Platis Gialos. From the windows of the second bedroom you have a view of the vineyards while from the bedroom with the semi-double and single bed you have a view of the vineyards and the garden. You can enjoy your breakfast or lunch in the fully equipped kitchen with a comfortable dining table for six people, or relax with your drink or coffee in the comfortable outside seating area under the awning. Tastefully decorated, the house provides all modern comforts, warmth, and cleanliness and is an ideal space for an unforgettable holiday experience.
