Modern 3-storey villa is located in a private gated seaside complex in Chalkidiki. Surrounded by pine trees the aria offers exceptional tranquility and natural beauty. Residents enjoy just a 3 minute walk to a secluded sandy beach with private sunbeds, umbrellas, and chairs. The villa features two shadowed open-air terraces with stunning sea views, ideal for relaxing morning coffee or dining outdoors. Perfect for those seeking comfort, privacy, and nature by the sea. Starlink WiFi internet, 55 inch TV.
We use the villa as our summer house, renting for limited periods only in August and September. It is our beloved home in Greece, and we are happy to share its beauty and convenience with the guests, counting on your respect to our home. It is in a truly unique isolated complex where you will never see any crowds, including on the beach which is never over populated. Panoramic views of the aquamarine sea from shadowed terraces and fully equipped home complete the excellent beach experience.
The villa is in a newly built (about 15-20 year old) gated complex of modern aesthetically pleasant buildings, located right on the beach, within a short walk from every villa. There is space for evening walks, no public roads or traffic, and it is safe to let children wonder and play. Access to the beach for outsiders is very limited since there is no road access. A 5 start hotel nearby offers a restaurant and a beach bar within a 5 minute walk by the beach. Water sports within 10 minute walk. The nearby small village of Kriopigi (15 minute walk or 3 minute drive) has all the shops, tavernas, cafes, and bars necessary for shopping and a night out. Further away, within 15-20 minute drive there are plenty of other towns and villages, beach bars, and resorts offering complete tourist experience. Sani Beach Resort is a nice place for an evening walk and drink or exquisite dinner. Thessaloniki city is 1 hour drive away, and the airport in within 45-50 minutes.
