A unique waterfront house in the Costa ilios Resort that offers a perfect sea view from the terrace and a short walk to our own private beach and communal pool. Our family is our own second home, not a commercial short-term rental, so we ask our guests to treat it with respect. We recently renovated the entire house with new floors, kitchen electric, plumbing and windows. The decor is in a modern Cycladic style and provides great accommodation for up to 5 people.
I love historic or characterful homes, restoring them with attention to detail and craftsmanship and and making them fit into modern life.
The Costa Ilios Resort is a gated community of 120 small homes that feels like a Greek village in the Cyclades islands. Our Village, as we call it, has beautiful Mediterranean gardens, natural rock formations and is car-free. It also has the best, most protected beach in Mykonos on windy days.
