Mytilini is the capital of Lesvos Island We strongly suggest to visit the castle of Mytilini and Petrified forest An excursion to Molyvos or Kalloni town is also a must. You can also have 1 day trip to Turkey which is a few minutes by boat You can walk to the town , or to a nearby beach You can also use the bus to go further away to other beaches or towns As Lesvos is a very big island , you can rent a vehicle in order to explore it
