HOUSE MANUAL It is safe to drink tap-water at Nafplio but we advise you to drink bottled water from the bottles of Mineral Water in our refrigerator. Be reminded to switch-off the Air-Conditions anytime you are leaving from the apartment, due to short blackouts (in high seasons) which might cause technical problems in the function of splitters. For Hot Water the house has Solar Heater. If for any reason you need additional Hot Water note that you can use the Electrical Heater by turning on the button with the indication “HOT” on the electric table at corridor (10-15minutes is enough-CAUTIOUS SWITCH IT OFF AFTER 15MINUTES). At your departure, IT IS IMPORTANT to leave the keys in the colour Vase situated outside the Door of the Apartment. For early hours departures this is important as the main entrance door of the building might be locked and you will need to use these keys. As usual we would kindly ask you not to throw papers into the toilet as we might have serious problems with the plumping.

The appartment is located at the beginning of the old town of Nafplio surrounded by picturesque streets, pedestrian walkways near the old harbor. It is just a 7 minute walk from the beautiful beach of Arvanitia, while for those who have a car, the Karathonas beach is 5 km away and the seaside village of Tolo is only 10 km away. The archaeological site of Mycenes is 24 km away and the ancient theater of Epidavros 28 km. There is a bus stop for long distance bus lines, only 50 meters away.
