The house is located in a privileged location, 1.3km from the port, 2.5km from the airport, 600m from the center of the island's capital (Chora Naxos), and just 30m from the island's first beach, which has sandy and shallow waters. The end of the beach is suitable for water activities and water sports. Right in front of the house, you can park for free up to 2 cars, access to the beach is free, and we provide a beach umbrella and chairs. Inside the accommodation, there are 2 refrigerators, coffee maker, toaster, electric stove, kettle, electric iron, and 2 smart TVs, 43” and 32”, with free access to Netflix and of course air conditioning in every room.

The neighborhood is safe and quiet, with mini markets, restaurants, cafes, and bars located within very short distances that do not require transportation. The accommodation has a yard where one can relax at any time of the day. However, guests should be aware that during quiet hours (15:00 to 17:30 and 23:30 to 09:00), parties and loud music are not allowed. The General Hospital of Naxos is 900m from the house. Places worth visiting include the Portara (Temple of Apollo), the Venetian Museum of Naxos, the Venetian Castle, and the old town. With a car or even public transport, it is recommended to visit the villages of Apollonas, Apeiranthos, Filoti, and Chalki (the island's first capital). Also, visit the beaches of Plaka, Agia Anna, Agios Prokopios, Hawaii, Mikri Vigla, and Alyko, as well as the archaeological sites of the Temple of Goddess Dimitra and the Temple of Dionysus in Yria.
