A fully equipped garden villa, able to accommodate 10 persons in three spacious bedrooms. Home is ideally located right on the seafront offering unobstructed views of the Ionian Sea. Just a 10min drive from the town of Preveza, 35min drive from Lefkada island and close to many different sights and crystal clear beaches.TVs, Wifi, Fully air-conditioned, washer, dishwasher, barbeque, kids and pet friendly!

Home is located at the seaside village of Mitikas close the the town of Preveza. Within 5 -10 minutes of walking distance you can find 2 super markets, ATM, pharmacy, bakery, cafes and restaurants. At the nearby town of Preveza (7km away) there is also a wide choice of shops and services. At about 10-20 minutes drive you can visit many different wonderful beaches like Monolithi, Kanali, Alonaki, Vrachos, Lygia and more. The greater area offers exciting sightseeing opportunities like visiting the Ancient city of Nikopolis (6km), Lefkada Island (30km) and its world famous beaches, the romantic town of Vonitsa, the mountainous Zalogko or the springs of Acherontas which used to be the gates of Ades in Ancient Mythology, as well as the National Wetlands Park of the Amvrakikos Gulf (50km), a paradise for nature lovers and a miniature of the Mediterranean Sea.
