Beautiful brand new luxurious villas, 5-min walking from the beach with private pool. Each villa has 3 air-conditioned bedrooms with private bathrooms in each room on first floor. Villa Olive has also two bedrooms in the basement. In villa Olive there is a game room and a shoal gym in the basement. Villa Sea's pool is also heated. A beautiful, fully equipped kitchen, a dining room and a living room can be found on the ground floor with a patio leading to the pool, the BBQ and the garden. Washing machine and all necessary appliances are available in the house. A kids outdoor playground is shared between the two villas. Our personnel is visiting the house on a daily basis and is cleaning it every 4 days while exchanging towels, sheets, linen etc..

After having travelled long around the world, I am trying for several years now succesfully to use this experience as a host and bring your holidays close to perfection.

The villas are ideal for relaxing holidays in a quiet neighborhood where mountains, nature and sea are perfectly combined. All kind of shops such as restaurants, bars, supermarkets, rent a car, pharmacy etc.. are in walking distance. Heraklion Airport and Main port are 20 min by car.
