The apartment is on the first floor, right in the heart of the village, just 70 meters from the beautiful beach of Nea Peramos. It’s 65 sq.m. in size and has balconies on both sides, perfect for relaxing any time of the day. Just a short walk away, you’ll find everything you need — supermarkets, a bakery, cozy cafés, pizzerias, and charming restaurants. And only 3 km away, don’t miss the famous Ammolofi Beach — a must-see!
I’ve spent many summers in Nea Peramos and I know the area very well. I’ll be happy to welcome you and help you enjoy a comfortable and relaxing stay. I’m always available if you need anything.
The neighborhood is quiet and friendly, with many locals living in the area. It’s very close to the sea, as well as restaurants, cafés, and other useful spots. While everything is within easy reach, the peaceful atmosphere of the area remains untouched.
