SOMNIO Estate manages ōrigín, one of Paros’ oldest and most storied buildings, a traditional windmill built in 1891, once used to grind wheat and bake bread for the island’s early inhabitants.
Restored with simple elegance and respect for Cycladic tradition, this cozy windmill features a peaceful double bedroom, a bathroom with a bathtub for relaxing moments and a small living room.
