This recently renovated apartment is situated at close distance from the port of Lixouri (100m) and offers you a comfotable place to stay all around the year. The house is fully equiped and can accommodate 2 visitors and if needed +2 in a wide sleeper sofa. At walking distance you can reach the central square, where you can find a variety of cafeterias, restaurants and commercial stores. Free parking is easy to find just outside the house. In 50m2 the inner house has one bedroom, well equiped kitchen, a comfortable living room and one bathroom. Both air conditioning and central heating is provided to fit your needs thoughout the year. Free wi-fi and a 49 inches smart tv with netflix access is also provided. Clean sheets and towels are available and changed upon request. Inform us in advance for any baby visitor to ensure we provide all necessary amenities for a convenient stay.
Born in 1988, I live in Lixouri, with my husband and our little boy, in this two storey building. We just renovated the ground floor willing to provide our visitors a nice place to stay either for work or holidays.
